Who we are
The Desk is a business operations dashboard built and operated by LBRY Pty Ltd, an Australian company that owns e-commerce brands and provides brand and marketing services. The Desk is an internal, login-protected tool used by authorised staff — there are no public accounts and no general sign-up.
What information The Desk handles
The Desk displays business data from services an account owner has explicitly connected: advertising performance metrics from Google Ads (spend, clicks, impressions, conversions and conversion value), order and catalogue data from Shopify, customer service email, and accounting balances. Personal information is limited to what those business records naturally contain — for example a customer's name and contact details on an order or an email.
Google user data
Google Ads data is accessed read-only through Google's OAuth consent, and is used for one purpose: showing advertising performance to the authorised users of the workspace that connected it. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train machine-learning models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Data is held on servers we operate, transmitted over HTTPS, and visible only to authenticated, authorised users. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to browsers.
Retention and deletion
Connected-service data is kept while the connection is active. Disconnecting a service removes its stored tokens. You can request deletion of any data we hold by contacting us at the address below.
Australian privacy law
LBRY Pty Ltd handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
