The service
The Desk is a business operations dashboard provided by LBRY Pty Ltd for its authorised users. Access is by invitation only; signing in signifies acceptance of these terms.
Acceptable use
Accounts are personal to the person they were issued to. Users must not share credentials, attempt to access workspaces or data they have not been granted, or use the service in a way that breaches any law or any third-party service's terms.
Third-party services
The Desk displays data from services connected by an account owner (such as Google Ads and Shopify). Those services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and a connection can be revoked at any time — in The Desk or with the provider directly.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is for internal business use. To the extent permitted by law, LBRY Pty Ltd excludes all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
